If I book through you, can I still use my travel rewards credit card and earn credit card and loyalty points?

Yes, absolutely. You’ll still be able to pay with your preferred travel rewards card and earn points or miles as usual. In fact, many clients find that by booking through Solira Destinations, they get the best of both worlds — they continue to earn rewards on their card while also receiving added perks and upgrades that aren’t available when booking directly.

Do you charge fees for your services?

It depends on your needs. In some cases, such as booking a hotel through our preferred partners, there may be no fee at all. For more detailed planning, such as researching multiple options, building a custom itinerary, or managing complex arrangements, we may charge a flat planning fee or an hourly rate to cover the time and expertise involved. We’re always upfront about fees before we begin so you know exactly what to expect. Many clients find that the value of saved time, insider perks, and stress-free travel far outweighs the cost.

What types of reservations can you book for me?

For a complete booking package, we can take care of nearly every detail of your journey: accommodation at hotels and villas, flights, transfers, cruises and yachts, trains, tours, dining, spa appointments, and curated experiences like cooking classes or guided excursions. Whether it’s one reservation or an entire itinerary, we’ll make sure it’s seamless.

How involved will I need to be in the planning process?

That’s entirely up to you. Some clients enjoy being hands-on and collaborating at every stage, while others prefer to share their vision and let us take care of everything. Either way, we’ll keep you informed and make the process effortless.

Can you help with last-minute changes or unexpected issues while I’m traveling?

Absolutely. If a flight is canceled, a hotel overbooks, or you simply want to make a change, we’ll step in to resolve it quickly. Instead of waiting on hold with call centers, you’ll have a dedicated advisor on your side.

Do you only book certain destinations or types of travel?
